 Samuel W Card, MCP* – President and SMB Consultant
Sam has been a resident of the Eastern Shore for almost his entire life. Computers have been a hobby and passion for Sam since his father purchased a computer for his family when he was 7 years old. Sam designs and supports networks with dozens of users and provides cost effective solutions to businesses of all sizes. Sam is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has completed Microsoft’s 70-282 exam (Designing, Deploying, and Managing a Network Solution for a Small- and Medium-Sized Business) and Microsoft’s 70-653 exam (Configuring Windows Small Business Server 2008), which allow Card’s Computers to hold the Microsoft Small Business Specialist designation. Being prompt, fast, and reliable has gotten the Card’s Computers name out to thousands of people over the years.

Michael Gooch – Senior Consultant
Mike is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional-Enterprise Administrator and a Cisco Certified Network Administrator. Mike is self-taught expert in many areas of network administration and has advanced knowledge of virtualization and IP telephony technologies. Mike runs our service desk and ensures that all customers receive the same top level of care that Card's Computers is known for providing to it's many clients.

Travis Langworthy – Senior Technician
Travis, lifetime resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore has been a part of the Card's Computers, Inc team since 2005. Computers have been a hobby and passion for Travis since he was a teenager. Travis delivers professional consulting and technical support to all home and business users.

 Mark Shaw – Internet Technologies Administrator & Technician
Mark has been a resident of Maryland for his entire life and has been working for Card’s Computers since 2006. Self taught on computers and web site design, Mark’s main responsibility is administering all of the Internet technologies that Card’s Computers offers and creating professional and functional websites for all types of businesses.. Mark is also a self-taught expert on UNIX, Linux and Mac operating systems. Mark also manages the repair shop in Ocean Pines.

 John Card – Low Voltage Cabling Specialist
John Retired from Verizon with 32 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before he retired, he was troubleshooting and installing specialty circuits. His expertise is unrivaled and he knows everything there is to know about low voltage cabling. John joined our team to help with our rapidly expanding low voltage cabling division. John fixes most telephone and call quality problems within minutes of being onsite and always makes sure the customer is happy with the results. John carries a number of industry certifications in telecommunication technologies.

Josh Phillips – Sales and Customer Service
Josh moved to the eastern shore from Baltimore at the age of 4. At age 18 he joined the United States Navy where he traveled the world for 5 years and spent his time on the USS George Washington as an Engineer. During this time he trained all personnel in his department for proper equipment usage and setup the computer systems and networks for his division. In 2006 Josh was honorably discharged taking with him 15 medals and numerous commendations from his chain of command. Josh came to work for Card’s Computers in 2008 and is the first point of contact for all of our clients, and will always ensure that a technician is working on your computer as quickly as possible. Josh also specializes in custom PC assembly and PC support.

 Zach Bova – Web Site & Graphic Design
Zach has lived on the Eastern Shore since he was a kid and is a surf, skate and beach enthusiast. He graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Animation. Zach is an extremely talented Animator, Web Designer and Graphic Designer who wows customers with his abilities on a daily basis. He is passionate about film, video games, music and all story telling medium.

Alan Green – Programmer and Network Administrator
Alan is a Seattle-based freelance contractor that has worked for many large organizations in the western Washington area. Currently contracting for Microsoft, Alan is responsible for testing, debugging, and preventing regressions in the critical updates that are released every so often as well as OS Service packs from Microsoft. Alan consults for us and has helped with IT infrastructure designs, web-based applications, and database design and administration. Alan has extensive knowledge in MS SQL Server. He knows many programming languages including C#, C++, VB, etc. Alan is also fluent in most web technologies and scripting languages including HTML, AJAX, ASP.NET, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, and numerous other scripting languages. Computers have been his hobby for almost his entire life.

 John Burke – Low Voltage Cabling Specialist
John Burke, also a Verizon retiree assists us with low voltage cabling services when we need additional experienced technicians on-site. John is very fast and efficient and we use his services on a regular basis.
